i think the 8000k bulbs he's talking about are a replacement for the OEM headlamps. will give your headlights a much brighter (possible slightly colored blueish) look.

hood springs (or dampers) are these. it's a damn shame Nissan doesn't put them on the Z. i have a group buy on the hood dampers going on until Friday. you can find more info if you click the top link in my sig.

My Z is like a bling vacuum. I have at least 2 dozen mods on my car and most are so subtle even other Z guys think it's stock.

The obvious external stuff is

Clear reflectors
Chrome blinkers
Chrome license plate frame
Aluminum antenna (med hight)
Zignaz (yellow)
Black stock calipers with EBC sport rotors
Tint
Aero kit front chin spoiler

what do you guys do for the two holes the rear nissan badge leaves? i got it all debadged but now i'm worried about water going in there and rusting out my baby and i dont really wanna go have body work done on it just yet so that rules out bondo/paint

I have a couple questions. What are the grill strips..meaning what do they look like? Pictures as examples would be nice and where can you buy them? And what do people replace the turn signal bulbs with? And, my final question is will the 8000k bulbs ruin your harness? Has this happened to anyone?

It's a bad idea to do all that. It honestly won't look that good on a Z and if you mess up a bumper cover you're screwed. When he says blend, he means shaving. You have to take metal plates and weld them in the holes. Then bondo them in before repainting.

Well the bumper covers would only have fiberglass filler holding them to the quarters. So you'd have to rip/cut them off and then sand the edge of the quarters back to how they're supposed to be. For the shaved stuff, there's pretty much no going back.

My badges didnt have any holes...all were on there w/ 3m tape....the ONLY one's with holes were the Z fender ones...

I have the rear completely cleaned off, but I replaced the fender z's and the fron tbadge because of the recess's....I just got black pearl ones to go with the theme on my car.

Now you have to remove the the rear sprayer that needs to go!!! Just remember to plug the hose with a screw or something so when you use the wiper fluid it does not go all over your headliner!!
