Well it doesn't matter if it looks better or not, it won't fit a 03-06 engine, the bolts line up all wrong and there is no indented crease like on the stock one for the sway bar. So unless you cut it in half and glue the top straight onto the manifold then just stick with the first one. Now if thats a problem you say then go to your local dealership and trade in the older Z for a new 07 and problem solved.
