Default Mastergrade carbon parts

I just got a 03 silver 350z, and I wanted to get carbon fiber parts for my z. I went to check out Mastergrades carbon fiber trunk, top, and pillars. They look awsome, but the price is pretty high 1000.00 for trunk, 450.00 for pillar, and 550.00 for roof top. I like the new trunk, any suggestion on other cheaper places.

That looks beautiful. I think it will only look good on that color though.

I sell Seibon products, probably the best CF manufacture out there. We offer the hatch, hood, fenders, doors, hoods, spoilers, lips. They are about 1/2 the price of mastergrade.

How much weight savings does the hatch actually give?

Remember that Carbon fiber hoods, trunks and fenders will not help much in an accident. Also if you do those mods and tell your insurance company, they will either raise your rates or cancel you. On the other hand, if you do not report it and have an accident, then they can refuse your claim. It's the old catch 22. Good Luck!

Most of the weight savings comes if you switch to a lexan glass. You save 10lbs or so with just swapping the hatch and using your OEM glass.

I have the hatch for $625 shipped. It's made by Seibon. They dont offer the pillars or roof, but do have fenders, hoods, spoilers, and lips.

Mastergrade told me no one has this new hatch, it's there own design. It's the whole trunk with a spoiler. Check out mastergrade.net, if you have the same hatch for that price I'll take one right away.

I went to their shop last weekend, there under new ownership. New ower name Boomer, the price quote was a hookup since I was buying all the products together. I just needed a second opinion.

What wheels are those on that mastergrade widebody Z? I think I've seen the same ones on the BRS widebody Zs also.
