Hi guys. Does anyone have a link to, or instructions on how to remove the rear bumper?

Ugh...it's a huge pain in the ***. haha
I just started taking it off and figured it out. Even when you know what needs to be done it's a ***** to do.

and how to remove the sides?

Here's a link to a DIY that I did for the side skirts removal: DIY: Side Skirt Removal. Now going to try and do one for Rear Bumper removal.
