I have recently contacted a major bodyparts maker here in Japan who has a copy of the Nismo V.2 kit. I have to check the quality of the kit but generally, Japanese standards including copies are quite high.

There are 3 parts to the front:
1.Bumper
2.Canards
3.Air duct


Im not posting to sell it to you as a business, but if you are interested in a group purchase for members of this site, please let me know and I will try to organise something with the supplier.

I know fitting is very important and so, Ill try to check the quality of the fittment first.

As far as cost goes, I have to work it out with the supplier and calculate all the other cost involved (ie tax, shipping, etc)

Finally, as I have never shipped parts to the US (only Australia) so I dont know the process in detail (who/how long/cost). So if anyone has any information, please let me know.

You should post your request for a Group Buy in the Marketplace->Vendor Classifieds->Vendor Wanted forum. The vendor should set up the group buy in the Vendor Group Buy forum. He should post the prices for the levels of participation, i.e. 1-5 $1000; 6-10 $900; 11-15 $800. You sign up if you're interested. You know what the price will be from best case to worse.

For all that to happen, your contact will need to become a sponsor/vendor on the site.

 

there was a group buy for this about a month ago that has closed. Most of the interested members got in on that, over 50! cost ended up being 300 plus shipping.

im getting one, i was hoping itd be a rare bumper but it seems like the replica market is about to flood it out.

 

Well the V.1 was flooded out too with about 20 different vendors making replicas. Even still, I rarely see that front end locally. I don't think it will be a big deal.
