Default Nismo shift **** question

I just recently bought a used nismo titanium shift **** used off the internet. I got it and its in good shape and i got it for about 35 bucks, im happy with the purchase. However it did not come with the rubber bushing that goes at the bottum of the shift **** and the top of the boot. I know its not needed but it looks a lot better with it. Does anybody know where i can get/buy that rubber bushing or one that would work? let me know

I also am new to this website and i can not figure out how to have a personal pic of my car to the left of my post, i think its call the avatar. So if someone can help me out with that also. But i can live without it, so no big deal. thanks

I don't think it comes with a rubber bushing (which was a major complaint), but here was a solution that a lot of people came up with if it bothers you:

I think you can get it at your local hardware store or Home Depot.
