Default Aerosync bumper modification

Has anyone cut out the little square piece in the middle of their Aerosync bumper? If so, do you have a pic and what did you do to support the middle horizontal piece? I am going to be doing this, but it would be great if I could see pics first!

TIA!

have you thought about painting it black? it will be hidden and still serve as a brace/support. I did that to my bumper, don't even notice it. just a thought.

Default Cut out Bracket

Mines cut out, and supported by a metal rod through the center piece and some fiberglass.

Perfect, thats the pic I needed. I am debating on a metal rod or just using the sturdy mesh I have to hold it in place. Getting repainted at the end of the month, I will post pics then in CS

check out customcargrills.com - they have a sample package for like $5 so you can see which pattern you want.
