Take a very small flat screwdriver with a rag wrapped around it and use it to pry the emblem off. As for the fender there should be a bunch of screw along the fender wells attaching it to the inner fender. I believe they're just a philips. There are the 10mm bolts on the top along the front structure. Open the door and use a flashlight to find a few 10mm bolts in the area between the tire and door (back side of the fender). Now there's two 10mm screws under the seem where the bumper cover and fender meet. You'll have to push the fender liner back and awkwardly find them. Undo the clips along the top of the bumper cover and push the cover forward. There should be a bracket coming from the fender and meeting a bracket on the headlight. Unbolt the 10mm there and I think you can finally take it off.

Yes, it's just held on tape. I also forgot about two bolts. You will need to undo all the 10mm screws holding the rocker moulding on and pull the front of it loose. The fender should wrap around the bottom and have two 10mm bolt under there. Sorry about forgetting those.

If you want the color to match, they typically blend the fender into the door and hood...My best friend is a professional painter, 3 of my friends are bodymen as well as my 2 uncles and my grandpa so I know my stuff quite well.
