U know I think they would look better if they weren't so close together. But just my opinion. BTW Nice Lip man first time I have seen that one!

Couldn't you still have a different look with the fog lights in the below link instead of the clunky yellow ralley car fog lights you have on now?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/UNIVE...18559143QQrdZ1

BTW: Did you mount those lights yourself? If not, how much did you pay for the installation?

Yeah, sorry bro, not feeling the fog lights either (no disrespect of course, just my opinion). I think fog lights in general, especially ones that "big" like yours, just don't look good on a Z. Nice lip though!

Foglights would be OK if they were 200% smaller... not flying the way they are though. My brother has hella fogs that size on his Jeep.

I really don't like the ebay lights.
Installed the lights myself took 3 days:
1- removing the bumper.
2- installing lights.
3- u got it, putting the bumper back on.

still had to go and get the wiring, that cost me $50
mechanic spent like 2.5 hours on it.

I tried to place them further apart, but the oil cooler was in the way.

Can you give me more details about installing the lights? What did you mount it to? What tools did you use? Was there any drilling or wielding involved? Etc.

Tools needed:
1. a friend for moral support
2. friend's driveway
3. friend's ramps. (his C6 hardly clears them, but z went on with no issues. well that's before I installed the lip.)
4. friend's tool box.

You have to:
Remove the bumper by popping up the plastic clips on top of the bumper. Remove the screws on the bottom of the bumper.
Pull the fender well plastic off and remove the screws inside.
Pulls the bumper off.
Pull off the dark gray bumper padding.

Mark where you want your lights to go, but make sure your bumper will fit with the lights on.
I left like an inch space between the lights an the grill.

You can use tie wraps to temporally secure the lights.
Use self tapping screws and drive them through the holes in your mounting brackets and into the aluminum bumper.

Attach your lights to the bracket.
Place the bumper on it will stay on without the screws in. (I stock a screwdriver into one of the holes on top of the bumper as a temporary solution)
Adjust the lights angle.
Remove the bumper and tighten the bold on the lights.
Just place the bumper back on, secure the screws and enjoy.

Word of advise: don't do this with 95 F degrees outside. lol

Unfortunately I didn't to the wiring but they pulled the wires through the break fluid area and hid all the extra wires under the break fluid compartment lid.

Hope this helps.

Awsome, I kinda figured you drilled into the aluminum piece but just had to check. Thanks for the write up, it's given me another reason to do this mod later in the year. I'm thinking of going with these lights to be different and mordern looking.
