thatll change with 3 manufacturers offering copies and group buy threads in the 100s

i went through the same decision, authentic V1 or V2 but went V1 for a more subtle look. imo u need the big V2 wing to pull off the V2 front

V1 power

V2 FTW. It just looks too good.

I think if V1 didnt have those damn reflectors it would take the win, but the reflectors kill it.

call me crazy, but v1 is the bomb.

i think the v2 makes the nose too long and the grill looks like DR. DOOM as one person mentioned before

They could sell 10,000 of those V2 bumpers and I would bet the farm you would never see 2 cars together with the V2 bumper except @ 350Z meets.

Sharp looking ride btw TiPIACE.

From what I can tell if you removed the reflectors on the V1 it would be the V2 minus the canards

i hate it when people use this argument. just because its new or rarer doesnt mean its good. love it when people justify something that doesnt look good or as good by saying, its unique and not many people have it. i dont care about that, if it doesnt look good or as good im not getting it just to be "unique" if you really want to stand out just for the hell of it, just take a big dump on your hood and drive to a meet. bet you that you will find no one with piece of dookie on their hood.

You took my post out of context I was refering to TiPIACE's comment

"thatll change (ie exclusivity) with 3 manufacturers offering copies and group buy threads in the 100s "

Chill brotha..... lots of things in life worth getting upset about. This isn't one of them.

What about engineering and function in terms os aerodynamics and drag coefficients? Which one is better for the car and/or has a lower drag number? If the V2 is a better engineered piece, then I think that is the best argument. The Z is after all first and foremost a speed machine. Anything done to it should improve this aspect. IMHO.

streetracer - it makes no difference. We're not running LeMans here, we're driving to work and the occassional weekend blast on some mountain roads. You would never be able to tell the difference between stock, V1 or V2.

Ok. I'm with you. It was just a thought in case anybody had actual testing numbers on wind tunnels.

I summon the greatest V2 army this world has ever seen.

I guess we can’t stop a good thing.

This argument is heavily based on the type of person you are and the look you are going for. The V1 is more for the subtle person and the V2 is bolder. I'm a subtle guy, which is why I have an aerosync....lol. V1 for me, hands down...

V2 for my taste. More aggressive and aerodynamic appearance versus V1.
