+1 I did mine myself as well. I got my alcantra (2 colors, one darker silver and one lighter silver) for like 70 per yard at a local fabric store. And they match my Bride seats quite well.

I went to a JoAnnes' they are a wholesale and retail fabric supplier....got ends of alcantara for $45 a yard....that's the deals you get there....just make sure you know how to work with suede cause it's a PITA to manipulate around the dash w/o some practice....I also recommend getting 1/4" light density foam to recover the armrests...any imperfections in the old foam will show with Alcantara
dude I went to a store called Boca Bargoons down in Miami and they had the fabric just sitting there for 10 bucks a yard. LOL
The name of the fabric is FAUX SUEDE. Pronounced foe suede.
