VIS Nismo Replica

I currently have a lip spoiler from the factory. Will the VIS Nismo replica spoiler cover the holes from the lip spoiler? I know the USDM will not cover the holes, only the JDM version will. Just need confirmation that the VIS will do the job.

yes VIS will cover and nismo just came out with a USDM spoiler that will cover your OEM holes.
