I got them from NR Auto, they make them in white and aluminum. The color remains amber, at night they look the same as stock since they are backlit orange like the stock gauges.
You can see they used my pictures since I was the first one to have them
(they actually give you a copy of the instructions I made when you purchase the gauges).

Autometer and others have cups for mounting, some for rollcages, here is a cup from autometer's website
