Interior vinyl for gauge pods and door barrels (and possibly center dash)
I am considering making gauge pod and door barrel overlays for my DB Z Roadster. I found this vinyl sold on eBay and plan on using it to accomplish this.
I have never done this before, but it looks like the gauge pods and door barrels should be relatively easy to make because they are small. If it turns out good and matches Daytona Blue color pretty well, I am also contemplating wraping the entire center dash piece in this stuff.
Has anyone used this type of material before? How easy is it to work with, especially around multiple curves such as those found on the center dash piece?
Thanks.

my guess is it will look cheap, mainly because when you cut it you are going tto have sharp edges, kits that are made for the car have the edges rolled. I have a bunch of carbon fiber vinyl, and couldnt imagine ruining the z with it.
