That would be a perfect time to have the work done...might want to go ahead and order the V1 as JA parts can take some time to arrive in the US.

Another option is to purchase the Areosync bumper cover as it closley resembles the V1 + OE. Just have the center bar reinforced or removed and it's hard to distinguish the two. I didn't have time to have the bar removed, but here is a pic of the Aerosync on my Z. The V1 is being repaired...the paint was blemished around the lip and started to peel away so I got the Aerosync as a spare. Fitment was not dead on but overall an 8/10 gven the cost and quality.
