Hi, guys. I just received my nismo Ti **** today, however there is no rubber ring which uses between the shfit and boot in the pack, so just want check with you guys, does it come with the ****? Thanks

 

I believe it should, my black aluminum one did. Give the guys a Performance Nissan in CA a call, they can tell you with absolute certainty.

Does the Ti **** taper at the bottom like the aluminum ones do? If so, I'd think it would look rather crude where the **** mated with the top of the leather boot. Just wonderin'.

What part number did you get?

RN108 - Includes rubber ring...
RN308 - Does NOT include rubber ring...

If it is a GT Style **** (that has the bolt on top) they do not include rubber rings...

 

I've not had any issues with it sliding down or anything and there's no rubber o-ring that came with the ****.

mmm.... that's weird... probably you have got the JDM version then which doesn't come with the rubber bit... I am not too sure about the USA spec since I am in Australia too...

Mine came with the rubber thingy just the pic above.

 

many people are using a ballcock washer (toilet repair part) instead, and looks just like the rubber finisher. But the rubber finisher looks like crap. I got a metal finisher from Terry at Zeetoyz and it looks perfect. I'm waiting to get back to town to take pics, but PM me for more info.
