Amuse bumper with those ducts looks really awesome, but what if I don't really care about the functional ducts, but just a look of it?? Only real visible duct is the long horizontal duct on top of the front opening, because this duct alters the shape of the original opening. Make this duct only... This way, it would be alot more affordable for everyone...

We're probably going to do the front lip diffuser first. We haven't gotten enough serious interest in the ducts yet.

I would buy the whole thing, bumper and all, just for that duct system to the intake and brakes. As long as it's not carbon cause that would be hella expensive.

well..... let's do a group buy for the ducting. We're already over our budget in purchases for the 350z. We're gonna fork out the dough for the front lip diffuser.

The ducting system is about $1500. We need 10 deposits of $150 to make this happen.

The ducting system, depending on complexity, will be between $400-600 judging from pictures.

Deposits will go towards your purchase.

So who's down? It's now or never.

I may be interested, will be purchasing your replica amuse kit late this month.
If I do so, would deff. like the vents/lip spoiler. My only question is that it looks like the bumper will need to be cut in order for one of the ducts to install.

Intresting question, as I'm also intrested in your front bumper. How will we incorprate the vent system in your current bumper or is that out of the question. Will we have to but a new bumper?

BTW...from the looks of the picture, it appears you'll have to remove the entire front bumper reinforce beam. I wonder how safe that would be?
Another good question, what about the reinforcement beam?

My understanding is....if you want the intake system, you're going to have to cut up the amuse bumper so it can slide in. I think that's pretty much alll there is to it. However, the front lip diffuser can be attached to the bottom of the bumper. There's no way you can have all that made in one bumper all in one shot. That would be the ultimate bumper..........but waaaaay too complicated to make.

So is the 400-600 going to include the lip, or just the ducting system?

The lip is closer to $400........ We have to check it out the complexity first. We are not getting the ducting system because it's over our budget. This thread was created to see if we can gather a group of interested people to make the deposits to help us get it here. Didn't work out........probably because of holiday spending....that's understood. The lip is within our budget so we'll go with that first.

Our bumper is $450.

holy crap! I just noticed SAP is in Ontario!!! Might check out the shop one day

Anyways, can the air ducts fit any other bumpers besides the amuse or is specificly made for the amuse bumper? Cuz i don't really like the looks of the amuse part at all. For Example: Do-Luck AeroWivern front bumper... could it fit that?
