OVER the stock skirt? no.

take off the stock skirts, and put the new one on.

The INGS sideskirts are not made to go over the stock sideskirts & splash guards.

Just about to say that too, LOL! Or maybe your "bodyman" was thinking of all the extra hours of labour he could charge you if you listened to him.

You really don't even need to pay a bodyshop to install your side skirts as it is a very simple job. Here is a Do-It-Yourself (DIY) I did a couple of months ago: Side Skirt Removal DIY. Takes about 10 minutes to take them off. Putting the new ones on may take a little longer depending on the fit, but nothing too difficult for even a novice. Good luck.

EDIT: Just saw you posted above me mentioning that great word "free" after I posted. Well maybe someone else will benefit from my DIY.
