Just curious for a possible project... does anyone know what type of leather most car interiors use? Like, not just for the seats but for like the door panels and some cars for the dash, and for the center console, etc. Anyone have any idea? Thanks

go to www.yourautotrim.com i would use vinyl, its cheaper, easier to use, and w/ the good brands you cant tell the difference. plus it wont wear the color off or crack. give them guys a call they are very knowledgable and helpful. The symphony classic is what i would recommend

 

I was going to wrap most of the interior in leather but I decided to go with a suede interior kind of like the Aston DBS in Casino Royale. You can go with w/e color you want and the color won't fade/crack.

 

If you want to go with leather you can order hides from customleathers.com . Their leather hides and custom stictching are top notch!!!

 

but suede is a biatch to clean and keep clean.
