Nismo bodykit: Where to get it?

Where is the best place to purchase the Nismo body kit? Do you have to get it from japanparts? or is there a place in the U.S?
Also, since i have the stock spoiler, will i have to fill in any holes that are left after the nismo spoiler is installed? or are the factory holes used for the install?
