My car got broken into and the whole dash board ,stock stereo brackets were cut and damaged (not fixable) also noticed theres a hole below the door handle . Insurance will cover the $$ for the stereo and the installation (also fix the door in any body shops) but i decided to pick it up do it myself . the problem is the dash-board and the brackets ...will the body shop get them all for me or its the audio shop's job to order it for me ..cuz i already picked the stereo from the audio shop and pretend i install in the audio shop...i was stupid ..didnt think of this at that moment..

Not entirely sure I follow. Are you asking if its the audio shops job to get the stereo system mounting brackets or brackets to mount the dash?

Sorry for my poor explanations what I'm trying to ask is theres 2 brackets holding the stock stereo(the pic below) if its damaged by the broker whos going to get the pieces for me the body shop or the audio shop???
also the dashboard is damaged too will the body shop have it ready for me or the audio shop........Im asking all this because i already picked up the new stereo and i told thh audio shop im gonna do it myself so they just pretend that they installed it for me but i forgot to ask if its their job to get those parts for me .......so now im talking my z to the body shop for the door ...will they get the dashboard for me or i just missed the chance from the audio shop which means i have to buy those from Nissan myself ?...i guess i will have to get the brackets myself but what about the dashboard whos respones for this part bodyshop or the audio shop??? sorry i have to ask you guys instead of body shop i dont wanna get rip off .....cant go back to insurance cuz the audio shop told insurance they installed it already ....plz help

forgive me if i'm wrong but the audio shops job in my opinion would be to get the stereo..wiring harness and dash kit for the aftermarket stereo.... the stock metal brackets are a nissan factory part ... I would think that's technicaly a body shop part.
but that's just my opinion.
