Question ???closing body holes???

hey whats up everyone. i just recently purchased my nismo version 1 spoiler and i am soon to get it painted. my question is, i have the factory rear spoiler mounted right now, i know they come with 2 screws and 2 clips to have it mounted. the nismo spoiler has more holes, so drilling into the hatch is going to happen. here is the question, how would i cover up the other holes that will not be used with the new spoiler. also would applying silicon or double sided type be best from preventing water to travel underneath the spoiler.

Yes silicone will be fine, make sure it's a thick layer, you'll be good to go.

Pics? Any way to cover up the old holes with the new spoiler? You cold always have it professionally done or maybe try bumper plugs?

pop out the plugs, then fill it w/ evercraft flowable polyester putty. it sands easy and doesnt trap water or air like bondo. and it sticks nicely. downside --> expensive. $80 for a decent sized tube.
