I just read a bunch of threads that complain about the lack of lumbar support and Z_driver mentioned a lumbar support too. So I grabbed a small pillow and somehow putting that on my lower back straightened my shoulders somewhat and relieved pressure from my lower neck "a little." This might be the solution.

HOWEVER, I hope not, cuz I likes doze corbeaus (mmm leather)

In the owner's manual, they tell the owner how to adjust the manual lumbar support on the driver's seat.

Just got the outside bolster on seat refinished under warranty at 35k miles. They really did a nice job. It will be interesting to see how it holds up.
