I got this done at a shop a month ago. Heat the emblem up with something like a hair dryer on the HOT setting for 5 minutes or so, you may need to for longer after trying to get the emblem up. Then try to pry up all the edges with something that won't scratch your paint, something shaped like a flathead screw driver but plastic, or use some kind of floss to get up under the emblem and pull it away from the bumper. Then you have to clean off all the leftover sticky rubbery 3m stuff.. Goo Gone would work but it smells, try another oil based solvent even WD-40 or olive oil would work, I have used it on many sticker residues. Maybe just dish soap and water would work? (I'm not sure what the guy at the shop used, it was in an unlabled spray bottle). Just clean up the bumper and press the new emblem on and you're done.
