Assuming you're talking about the plastic trim that holds your window switches and mirror ****.....look in the recess where you put yout hand in to pull your door shut, there is a plastic cap there, remove it and remove the phillips screw under it. CAREFULLY (or you will break the clips on the front) pry up that piece with the switches from the back first, Then slide out the front of it from the door panel. They probably didnt realize the front of that trim piece had tounge and grooves in it, and just jammed it in. Now reinstall it again and after you slide the front part into the grooves, just snap down the back and screw the screw back in. Shoud be good to go!
