It is cool, and I like it... but I don't think you should use the term lightweight to describe a totally non-functional piece that you are adding to the car.

thats actually pretty cheap if it is indeed titanium, but yeah, it needs to be light weight, cause even if its 1 ounce, you added 1 ounce to the car.

whats up with all these stick on peices made from light weight materials? cant they make some replacement peices out of light weight? how many CF over lays do we have, but no CF hatch or quarter panels.

kinda hard to explain, but its the flat part at the very front of the engine bay, its just plastic right now. and this lays over it to give it a nice look.

This piece also allows the car to cool more efficiently. Air coming in from the front grill will flow strictly through the radiator and the engine cover piece will keep any air from escaping over the top of the radiator. Yes, some air will still go through the little spaces in the piece, but far less than if it were not there...

Looks Sweet! However, I called the place where you got it from and they said they are sold out of stock already! But they have another shipment coming in in about 2 weeks and I have placed an order already! Thanks for the Post! Like this thing and can't wait until it gets here!

that whole area is solid plastic anyway if I remember correctly.... so it wouldnt do anything.

at car shows, typicly the hood is left open, so as it is 100% cosmetic, cars are shown with that peice exposed, kinda ironic that people show of modifications in the engine when they dont actually add any hp to it.... seems like you could save money and just keep the hood closed.
