I never intended to make a business out of this.... The process is very long and difficult. Especially the part where I had to shave/sand off the paint to make the 4 trapezoids. The opening of the headlight involves removal of the front bumper, removal of the wiring harness inside the headlight, cooking it in the oven ( 12min @ 225 ) and then pulling the crap out of it to separate the two parts. After that it gets even more complicated. Painting is very messy and very difficult to do at home. And to top it off, putting the headlight back together, is extremely touchy because the paint scratches very easy.


I would recommend www.mrzipps.com to get this done. I’m sure that he can do the halos as well.
