Default Shipping a bumper.....

Does anyone know roughly how much it costs to ship a front bumper. I know distance matters too but if you can give me examples it would be great.

it will probably be $120 through UPS, if you've got a hookup it might cost less, but not that much less.

no way around this one, of course that is the cross country (from VA to CA) price

+1.

I'd figure $150 as the absolute minimum.

I used DHL with full insurance and COD and only cost me 30 bucks! I shipped it from norcal to texas with second day air. I'm not sure if you will get the same quote from any other DHL, but the lady there just said that as long as it's not super huge, it's pretty much a flat rate. Don't bother trying to find a box. I just took ALOT of bubble wrap and newspaper and taped it real well. Bumper arrived there on time and safe. If you dont get too much luck from DHL, you can also try greyhound, which is usually around $60.

I shipped dnafreight, you drop it at/near your local airport, and the receiver picks it up at/near their local airport. The freight is cheap, but the insurance is not. Still less than $150. The shipping was like $84.
