Default Prepping Nazar door pods?

whats up guys

i purchased a set of wicked cas door pods. they need some prep work before painting. what do i need to prep and sand the pods to get ready for paint? ie what products and grade of sand paper.

also what would be a fair price for painting

I would imagine if you are going to get them painted professionally, they will do the prep work for you. I wouldn't imagine that it would cost that much to paint those, depending on the price of the paint you use. I got all of my engine cover plastic pieces sanded and painted for under $75.

i got quoted 400 and 600 to paint those pods because of all the prep work

400 grit sandpaper.....seler the base coat and clearcoat....that should be all.....sand them with the 400, clean them, then seal, base, clear
