Default Removing Mirrors

I've taken my car into the dealership to to get my issue with Brake/VDCOff/Slip lights engaging and staying lit. I'm also trying to get them to repaint my mirrors, which they are more than willing to do, but want to keep the car for 2 days. It's my daily driver and they aren't offering up a loaner.

I told the service writer that I couldn't let them have the car for 2 days, for a 30minute job+dry time. I them told him to just remove the mirrors, keep them, do what was needed, and give them back. He declined my offer, stating that it's a safety issue and they could be held partially liable for any accidents. I can follow that. So I said, "Well, what if I just took the mirrors off for you?", and he agreed.

So now, I have to go back up to the dealership this afternoon and remove the mirrors for them, so they can send them off for paint. Problem is, I don't know if they with provide me with the tools, since it would make them accessory to the removing of the mirrors.

What I need to know is what size/type bolt it is that holds on the mirrors, and any other procedures I should be aware of when removing the mirrors.

Thanks.

Here you go, this was taken from the service manual. Hope this helps

Edit: It looks like once you pop the cover off you just unbolt 3 nuts...I would guess they're 10 mm like most hardware in the car.
