Question remove door panel, should window be up or down?

Does anyone know if the windows should be in the up or down position when removing the interior door panel trim? (or does it eve matter at all). I didn't find this question specifically addressed in other threads.

thanks

doesnt matter. The window retracts between an inner panel and outer panel of metal. The plastic door panel is a cover. Ive taken mine off a few times no probs.

As a rule the window is down---esier to hook and unhook the top slider and also easier to see that it is evenly hooked
