Just picked up a full CF Cwest hood. This thing is absolutely the nicest aftermarket hood I have ever dealt with. It is as close to a dry CF hood as I have ever seen, no FRP whatsoever. This sucker definitely weighs less than stock. You could lift with a couple of fingers. I hate to paint such a work of art but I don't want a fully exposed CF hood on the car. I have included some ps'd pics (thanks to Buffmanjeff) from the only car I could find on the internet to actually have the hood on the car (this is not my car). Vote and let me know what you think. Some may look similar, but they are all different. Disregard Option 6 on the poll.
Option 1

Option 2

Option 3

Option 4

Option 5

i know you want to leave the vents in carbon with with that many vents it would wook weird if you just left two of the three or all three cf.

As of right now, the majority of people who have voted in the poll have chosen Option 1 which is labeled "All CF". I just want to clear up that this does not mean the whole hood in CF, but actually what you see in the first pic, which are all the vented pieces in CF. Just wanted to clear up any misconceptions.

i chose option 6 because i think cf is one the most ridiculous looks i've ever seen on cars. it's just a fad that will eventually fade way, if it isn't already. in fact, take a good look and you'll see more people with wanted ads looking for stock bumpers, valances, etc to they can ditch their cf junk
. eventually, cf will go the way of those fabulous neon lights mounted under the car so it looked like it had a 1.21 jigawatt reactor under the hood. it's just a pssing fad. quit trying to be something your not and leave the cf parts to people who can actually feel a difference with them on (ie formula 1, etc). anyway, just my $.02 since you asked.
