I've ordered a wide variety of things from them over the last few months (and am waiting on a delivery from them as I type this), and they are top notch!
The website is easy to navigate, their inventory is great, and they get things to me so fast that I'm usually surprised when I hear the truck a day or two earlier than expected.

granted no shop is perfect, Intense always have gone the extra mile to sort things out to customers, specially when there is truly a problem and not just a misunderstanding... people dont have to be a hooligan or anything, ... just call them up and sort things out...no need to go all public and make a vendeta against somebody just cause you had a simple problem there, that could be easily solved...
Besides the excellent pricing the best thing is that INtense stands 1000% by their products and has best customer service out there.

Well always remember, if whoever you are dealing with continues to give you a run around and refuses to give you your money back, you can always file a dispute and get refunded by your credit card company if you chose that payment method.
It's funny because you deal with these issues even in the wholesale world. Fellow businesses give other businesses the run around, and trust me, I have been there with a fairly small order of $5000.00. The owner of this company I was dealing with refused to answer any questions about my order for several months and refused to refund my money. Needless to say, luckily I paid with my business card so I was able to get my money back
