Default Looking for FiberGlass Center console asap!?

So im looking for a fiberglass center console in either red or black. I have searched around a little bit in the forums and didnt come up with anything right away. If anyone knows of a good website to buy one at please let me know. And please no eBay..I dont want to talk about it..



I want it to look like this but in red or black

Would love to do it myself, but have never done fiberglassing before..And time is a small issue lately.

that one is just sanded smooth and then painted. Mine looks just like it.

Ya I was reading about it. He bondo the thing, sanded it down and then fiberglassed it. It looks so nice.. I'll have to take a look at yours now.

There are some different ways of tackling this job.

1. Fiberglassing it, sand it down smooth, fill in any scratches...etc and paint.
being that the FG is kinda thick, you most likely will not need to sand a whole lot, just enough to create a bondable surface.

2. Sand the dimples, primer and paint.
a friend of mine that works as a body man, took one and sanded it and used primer filler ( a thick primer ) then paint....easier and less time consuming than FG

Be sure to use a adhesion promoter to adhere the primer to the plastic
