What kind of person likes stock 17s in chrome over any volks ?

 

To each his own, but I can't stand that style of wheel. Apparently a lot of people do, I see them everywhere, but I never like them (not even on STIs).

 

I expect it for any forum other than automotive insanity (something awful). vwvortex is probably the worst, but you figure the Z forums will be on par with the STI and Evo forums - full of retards. The problem of the internet really, no license needed...

 

how can you not like one of the lightest, strongest forged wheels available?!

 

I'm not going on how useful they are (being light and strong), just on looks, but I really don't like them. I'm not wild about the wierd dimples in the stock wheels, but still prefer them.

Don't worry what those guys say. Front end looks good and if you like your wheels keep them, if not, get rid of em.

I guess buying a car without knowing what's on it and such is not retarded by any standard. No license needed for that either.

 

With the negative feedback and unnecessary mud-slinging that goes on here at times, it feels like a family with a few pre-pubescent in-bred circus freaks that won't shut-up in public. Unless someone does something to **** you off on here, why in the world do some members need to stoop to droppin' turds all over new members? I get the strong impression that if I were to meet some of these "turd-dropping" Z owners on the street, I'd keep walking.

I own Volks on my Z, but I agree with "devnull420"...I'm not a fan of those particular Volks...doesn't mean he hates all Volks. My gosh morons, grow a brain that actually processes thoughts before opening your pie-holes! It's just a freakin' wheel!!!

By the way, welcome to the best Z site around, Devnull420! Trust me, there are quite a few good guys & gals here that love the Z and everything it stands for.

 

Getting back to the first post,
The wheels are stock polished/chromed wheels and stock ride height. It is possible that the previous owner might have had aftermarket wheel and then slapped stockers on when trading/selling the Z. Sounds like your drive way is bad. We'd need to see pictures of that.
