Default When I pull my wiper washer lever straight back....

It sprays washer fluid everywhere but my wipers don't move. Is this normal? Pretty much every other car ive ever driven pulling this lever gives the wipers about 2 strokes to clean off the windshield.

That's not right. The wipers should wipe and spray at the same time.

Thats what I thought. I don't want to take it to the dealer right now. I've only had it a day!
