Default C/F Engine Cover Question

For those of you that have both a 5/16ths spacer from motordyne and a C/F engine cover (like one Im looking at on 350zsource.com) Did you have clearance issues with the Strut tower bar like the site says you will or not?

the spacer comes with washers to space the strut bar up, these fitted, no issues with bar or cf engine cover rubbing

Ok, thats what I was wondering because my engine is still wearing the stock cover and I didnt know if like they used the stock one and molded the c/f one off of it and that caused it to get slightly bigger or what not.
