some dude offered me $250 for brand new Veilside front lip...good deal or no?

 

What is it made out of?

 

Genuine Veilside? Or replica? What material? Questions that need to be answered...

 

If it is a genuine veilside lip and brand new, that's a pretty good price. Is it CF or fiberglass?

 

I havent seen it personally but according to the seller:

1. It is genuine
2. Its fiberglass

 

there are many ways to tell if the lip is genuine or not.

call veilside and they'll help you out

1. newer generation Ver. 1 lip will come with a veilside badge that sticks onto the lip instead of the embossed raised Veilside logo of the previous generation.

2. Inside the lip there should be the Veilside logo underneath the hand laid Fiberglass with a serial number.

of course things like this can be copied.. but if it authentic.. 250 for a brand new fiberglass Veilside V.1 lip is def. a steal.

 

If it is authentic that is a good deal. I had purchased one from Intense, but never installed it awhile back. Ended up selling it for 300 so that is definitely a good deal.
