Painted my Headlights!!!
What a PITA!!!!
Should have paid Mr. Zipps since he's close to me but it came out pretty decent.
All you need is a friend and a oven
Here they are, it was nice out so I got to take some nice pics

nice change, bro... if you ever need to open them up again maybe try to get that strip off, or upgrade to the bi-xenon's
definitely an improvement, though.

yeah, the xenons do look great. its really tough to get the hids to look as clean.
however i dont think that light is as good as it could be because of the LED housing not being painted. i think that's just laziness.

Romeys car... Headlights painted Flat Black with a clear strip...
I'm painting a set of 03-05 PPW as I type. Will post pictures when I'm done.

I'm a little confused why you leave the middle chrome still. It would like a lot nicer if it was painted completele. Looks a lil wierd IMHO. Any info why?

because for 03-05 headlights painting that chrome section black would effect your light output. 06+ wouldnt because theyre projectors or wahtever you wanna call it.
