ugh, thats the grille that everyone makes fun of, but if you like it, f'em! never been a fan of the central 20 eyelids, or any eyelids for that matter. system seems sweet.

the eyelids and the grill were the two things that I really liked that everyone hated. I expected ricer comments on those. The grill I can see why most people dont like, its a wee flashy. The eyelids on the otherhand...I dont understand all the hate. But oh well. I think the reason I liked them so much is I dont see alot of Z's with either, and I cant stand normality. I have plans for a body kit at some point when I get some cash, so the grill will probably have to go when that happens. going outside now to take some night shots.

well, the whole nightshot thing isnt going to happen. The camera has to have like shutter speeds and aperture settings and focal lengths before it will shoot. I cant seem to get the purple lights to show up. They look blue? weird. And I have to have the shutter open for so long because its so dark outside that I shake the crap out of the camera and the pics are all blurry. Oh well. I am not camera savvy by any stretch of the imagination. Use your imaginations, weve all seen under dash neons. mine are purple. and weve all seen neons under the rear strut bar...mine is purple.

everything looks pretty cool, don't like the grill- just takes away from the car. Everything else you have is black or smoked and then theres a shiny tin plate in the grill!? Either way its your ride so congrats. I like the eyelids, have you seen the "mean eyes" one? Those give the front end a real aggressive look, thinking abt picking a pair up.

Yeah Ive seen a couple of cars with the carbon-fiber mean eyelids and they look friggin sweet. Like such:

I have been kicking around the idea of taking a can of gloss black rustoleum to that grill for a while now. Just havent gotten around to it yet and I am not sure I will like it that way.

..what I really want is this:

only because I am sick and tired of dealing with the cheap a$$ plastic POS that keeps coming off. And thats really the only alternative short of just throwing it in the can.

I was one of the first ones to get that grille a couple of years ago. If the pic on the website is still the LS Z, that's my car.
I got flamed really bad for that grille, most people hated it. I ended up going CF so I took it off and kept it black
