Skidplate type protection
Ok, between this one and my last post I will surely look like an idiot but here goes:
I remember seeing somewhere on the internet a company that makes either a clear acrylic or polyurethane(sp?) type piece that is attached to the bottom of the front bumper to protect against scraping the paint off the bumper when going over speedbumps or parking bumps. Grated it would still get scraped but atleast your paint would be intact. I do take speedbumps at an angle etc. but this would be good to help not go suicidal when i get my first scratch.
Does anyone have an idea what I am talking about?
Thanks.

Alot of guys here use clear bras to help protect the front end of the paint, but I don't know how effective they are for preventing scraping in the front like that. I can't think of anything that would be effective against that really, just do your best to drive slow over bumps and be careful!
is this the post you were talking about?
