shineautoproject@gmail.com. Ken is the one who replies to emails, answers calls, and based from my personal experience, the only one i dealt with from shine. great customer service.

how come you didnt use the intake scoop? i barely see anyone who is actually using theirs.
oh and do you have any close up pics of the mesh grill area? i'm trying to decide what width mesh to go with.

i did use the intake scoop. i just trimmed it to fit behind the mesh.
