no its shineautoproject@gmail.com. Ken is the one who replies to emails, answers calls, and based from my personal experience, the only one i dealt with from shine. great customer service.

how come you didnt use the intake scoop? i barely see anyone who is actually using theirs.

i did use the intake scoop. i just trimmed it to fit behind the mesh.
