Here is the answer from a member of another forum:
"That actually is not a DoLuck, when this was fabricated the DoLuck kit did not exsist. That car belongs to my friend Ben, we sponsored him when I ran Power Enterprise about 4 years ago. The car has been painted a different color since then. It was black first, then PE blue,green now this. He custom fabricated that body kit himself. It can not be purchased off the shelf anywhere."
