It's a Lloyd's Trunk Mat for 350z.. Google it.. there are many retailers and you can order it in pretty much any color and trim you desire.. I bought mine ~2 years ago.. the quality is much better than the flimsy stock trunk mat, fit is perfect..

After I removed the emblem, i did a quick sand with some 100 grit I had lying around.. just to score it up for better paint adhesion..

1. I removed the cover and washed it

2. remove the Z emblem (be *very* careful) using a drill

3. I then sanded the cover lightly with 100Grit (just to make paint adhere better)

4. two coats of the black primer they give you.. 30 mins between coats.. dry overnight

5. four coats of the color they give you.. this took me two days because i thougt it wasn't working and gave up.. i realized that the more coats you put on, the more the color changes.. and the color doesn't really change when the paint is still wet

6. three coats of clear they give you.. this made it really sparkle..

7. used some kind of mothers polish and then nxt wax... put Z emblem back on with some epoxy glue

8. put back into car..

No sanding between any coats.. but i guess you can if you want... That's some awesome spray paint.. I give it 10 stars and a thumbs up haha

pull the top two end "panels" on each side completely off.. then seperate the back and front trim from the metal strut bar just enought to pull the cover out.. took me all of 3 mins to pull out.. if you are a n00b, it'll take you maybe 10 mins..

damn 100 grit? paint will be able to withstand a bullet impact son

take some 1000 wetsand, then 1500 wetsand followed by some hand polish, standback and watch the gleam (and it will get rid of any imperfections you might have done, dust etc)

100 grit was just to scuff it up for paint in the beginning.. I think i will take everyone's advice and wet sand it with some 1000 and 1500.. no more complaints hahaha

It's a WickedCAS MagicBox finished in carbon fiber..
http://wickedcas.com/store/product_i...products_id=49

You can PM Nazar on this site for pricing on various finishes.. He is a vendor here.. I have (1) JL 10W3 in there and the box obviously doesn't pound like (3) 10" subs would but it does make the hair on the back of my neck stand up and that's good enough for me..
