Default Has anyone ever seen these for sale?

I saw the Playboy Grand Am Cup 350Z race car recently and I am looking to find the solid headlight covers, or replacement panels (if that's what they are) to protect the lights while on the track. Are these available anywhere?

Here is a picture of the front of the car...

I wouldn't advise getting those clear-bra type "covers". Unless you are looking forward to stress fractures in the lenses over time.

I don't want those clear things. I agree, they really are crap.

I had seen a set on ebay that were fiberglass and went over the existing lights. I can't find them now. I was wondering if anyone has seen a set of these for sale...or even knows who makes them. I would think these would be a huge hit considering the amount of Z's that go to the track and don't want to have to worry about headlight damage.

Default 350 Evo

www.350evo.com used to have them available on their site, but I don't see it anymore. They offered replacement carbon fiber headlights. I believe it was just a hollow replacement for headlights to save weight. Anyway if you are looking for some, they used these on their race 350Z. Hope this helps.

^^yes 350evo used to sell them but I think the only person to ever get them was Rick and he ended up selling them to the current owner SinCity350.

Dont think you will find those anywhere anymore.

Yep, I have Rickdogg's old pair on my car now and haven't seen any other car (besides the Grand Am cars) that have them. They are full replacement shells.

you will have to make a overlay for it from an existing headlight cover.

How about you buy some 03-05 lights, gut them, and send the shell to Tonester for him to wrap in CF? The man can do anything with CF.
