hey jay, this is daniel , pretty entertaining watching you try to do business man. Just letting you know that I will never order anything from you again, pretty sad because I would have given you lots of business considering I am just starting to Mod my car... heh. It would help if you actually answered one of the 5 PM's I sent to you regarding the CF steering wheel piece. But anyways, consider myself a lost customer and probably not the first considering your horrible customer service. Deuce.

+1 Jay. I haven't received a reply back as to when you are going to send me a replacement interior kit. Let me tell you, when you run a business, take care of your CURRENT customers FIRST. Because most likely, if they have a good experience with you, they will come back (i.e. why West Covina Nissan has earned my business for life). I feel bad for leaving negative feedback for anyone, which is why I haven't left you anything. But I have this situation pending since August, so it's been quite a while. Please let me know sometime by next week what the status is on the replacement pieces that have sub-par finish, and inferior fitment. If you for some reason CANNOT accomodate, I will HAPPILY send my kit back to you, and you can graciously return my money. I have no problems with this either. Let me know. You can PM me or email me.

This is very true. During a recent customer service seminar a fact was given that the average company spends six times as much to attract a new customer as they do to keep a current one. Something to think about...

Well what about the rest of the kit? The door switch covers are short, and the main dash piece also has fitment issues that don't allow the Nav door to close. And the bottom piece aroudn the shifter looks like the clear coat was applied too thick and is runny/wavey. I wouldn't call it the clear coat actually, but the laquer (?). Check the pictures that I emailed you a couple of months ago. Anyways, what about these pieces too? Honestly, I am pretty disappointed and would rather return everything for a refund.

Let me know what's up.

Mine is the driver's side door switch cover..so are you offering this to me? You told me in June that you didn't have any replacements. So...if this offer is extended to me, what can you send me in replacement for it? I obviously do not wish to pay/send any more money, so what would be comparable?

Can we get a "destroy the mold" petition going? Cause that kit is just completely miserable.
