You could prolly' make the TS diffuser work with an aftermarket rear. Just be prepared to do some custom work.

Are you talking about the Top Secret diffuser? If so, the side vortex pieces are not sold separate of the entire setup.

No. It comes with them. You don't have to attach them if you don't want to.
