I have an 03 Base. My drivers side light just burnt out.

I can access the back plastic cap covering the low beam after removing the inner fenderwell. I must have turned the cap 10 times and it will not come off.

 

it turns about a 1/4 turn or so then you have to pull it. It has little tabs/slots if that makes sense. It also has a rubber o-ring to kep out moisture so it's a snug fit. just turn and pull at the same time.

 

Thanks, took about 15 mins total to change the light. Just had to play witht hat part a bit to get it off.
