That picture was taken ~2 years ago and that engine bay belongs to me.. It was taken back when I was supercharged... The fading on the ZeeToyz caps wasn't too bad for me at all.. I think it's heat related.. My red TiAL BOV faded much worse than those caps did. and BTW, those are the "old style" ZeeToyz caps.. I think he has since come out with a slightly new design.

Here is a more recent picture.. As you can see I'm down to one cap now haha and the fading is not too bad

I'd send them back for some warrany work. I've had mine for over 6 months and haven't experienced any color change. They're anodized red also.
