IMO? not feeling it...looks rice'd out!

 

I hate to say it but that may be the reason you got the car so cheap.

 

I can see the stripes looking better if the rest of the car wasn't so stock looking. Maybe a semi to very aggressive body kit and wheels. But for now? fugly.

 

I've seen a Z32 where they stripped the paint on the hood and have it buffed and clearcoated. It looked very nice, but not sure if the hood of a 350z made of the same metal/aluminum.

 

Wow it looks too big on your car I use to have the same when I had a CF hood. But they were a lot thinner and looked better when they are thinner... It could be that its too much of a contrast too. Every one who saw mine loved it. but my car was silver stone and the "fangs" where CF.

 

and perhaps they failed miserably?

 

 

Hmm... If you like it that's fine. I would never have that on my car, but it's your car. It doesn't look all THAT bad... But I'd still say get rid of them

 

wow man those stripes are really really really UGLY!

 

dont like them, they are too distracting. the lines of the hood are kind of subtle, and i think thats what gives it a positive look.
